This is the second piece of furniture built. All the panels are solid wood, no plywood. This turned out to be a mistake. The wood wasn't cured enough and after about two months the sides bowed in! The drawers were locked into place. Interestingly enough, you couldn't "see the bow" from the outside just on the inside.
The rollers that mounted the drawers were attached to a 1/2" thick spacer on the left and right sides. I removed the drawers and roller hardware and used a block plane to bring the spacers parallel to each other. This wasn't easy. Reaching inside the cabinet was a pain - literally. The result was fine. The drawers operate smoothly and don't bind.
In the future I will not be using large glued up panels. Oddly enough, the top stayed flat as did the tops and sides of the changing station..
